I finally started to nail down my hair-care routine in the past few years. This may sound super complicated but to summarize: it leaves your hair stronger after one use, mends split ends, protects against future damage, and restores shine. It sounds too good to be true, I know, but after using it for the first time, I can confirm it delivers. To use the Living Proof Triple Bond Complex Leave-in Hair Treatment in your hair routine, you simply wash and condition your hair as you normally would in the shower. Then, on damp hair, you comb two pumps throughout your head (you can use more if needed but two goes a long way) and let it sit 10 minutes. Once that time is up, you simply give it a blast of heat with your blow drier to seal it.

This last step is key, because the technology is heat-activated. Fans of air-drying (like myself), don't worry: it only needs a minute of heat to work, so you can give your head a quick once-over with a hair-dryer and then continue letting your hair dry as you usually would.

Immediately after applying the Living Proof Triple Bond Complex Leave-in Hair Treatment it was hard to tell a difference in my hair but once it was completely dry, it was impossible to miss. My hair felt softer than it ever has before and my ends, which were a little dry before, were more hydrated. It also looked shinier and smoother because the leave-in treatment sealed the cuticle of my hair and reduced the frizz I usually see on my waves. This was after letting my hair air-dry overnight, too.
